Scope boundary

In scope: review workflow, approval and proof behavior, export questions, scheduled scans, exceptions, and product settings.

Out of scope: general Jira administration consulting, Atlassian billing disputes, and customer-specific identity-provider work outside the app.

Response targets

  • Critical app-unusable issue: within 24 business hours
  • Functional confusion or workflow issue: within 48 business hours
  • Feature request: within 5 business days

What to include

  • Jira site URL or cloud ID
  • App version
  • Page or section where the issue occurred
  • Dry Run ID or Action Record ID when relevant
  • UTC timestamp
  • Screenshot or exported evidence reference when available
