Unitlane Data Processing Addendum

This addendum applies where Unitlane processes customer personal data as a processor in connection with a Unitlane product.

Parties

Jonas Nilsson, trading as Unitlane and the applicable customer counterparty.

Processing scope

Processing is limited to the personal data necessary to provide the relevant Unitlane product and the related support, security, and operational services.

Security measures

  • Least-privilege operational access
  • Scoped handling of product data
  • Auditability for key administrative actions

Sub-processors and transfers

Infrastructure or service providers may be used under contract where necessary to host, secure, or support the product. Applicable transfer measures are documented by provider policy where relevant.

Assistance and deletion

Unitlane will provide reasonable assistance with data subject requests, incident handling, and deletion or return of data as required under the governing agreement and applicable law.
